Join us for the Spring Lecture featuring Bruce Huber, Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame, as he explores challenges in 21st century water law and policy.
Co-sponsored by the Notre Dame Clubs of Delaware and Philadelphia, this event welcomes one of the nation’s leading voices on energy regulation, public land policy, and the intersection of law and politics.
Professor Huber holds degrees from Stanford and UC Berkeley, has taught at Dartmouth, and is a published scholar in top journals including Harvard Environmental Law Review and The Georgetown Law Journal. He has twice been recognized for publishing one of the top five articles in environmental law nationwide.
